SOLVED User Login is not straight forward
When I invite my users to login ChurchTools sends out an email with a button to click to take them to the login page. If they are on a PC or Mac the button takes them a page saying the password has expired and gives no other login option. If they login via the iPad or iPhone it directs them to use the QR code but they cannot get this unless they login using PC or Mac.
The only way that it works consistently is to copy the URL and paste into the browser then press enter. This takes you to the login page requesting to change the password.
Many of my users are disappointed and want to give up using ChurchTools because if this is so difficult what is the rest of the experience like. I have convinced them that the software is very user friendly when you are in.
Can something be done to make the login experience better?
