      Hello all

Is there a way to allow people to connect to the website and create an account? The system seems to expect me to create the user, then set their email and then click on "invite" to get them onboarded. I don't actually know the email addresses of my team and it's more effort for me to go collect all those addressed and type them in than to simply give them a link to create their own account and then set them up afterwards.

Is there a way to do this? Is it at least planned to allow this in the future?

      Thanks
      J

        Hey @jason-johnson

you can do the following: Create a public group with a registration form and use this as sign up form.

You can configure the group registration process as such, that new people, who are not yet in ChurchTools, are created during this process. This does not send an invitation link but using the bulk options makes this an easy last step.

@hbuerger Ok, I see now. This was fairly involved to find but this will work. Thanks for your help!
